Congratulations

On Monday 27th June 2016 a representative group of our kapa haka tamariki went to the Regent Theatre to take part in Te Pae Tamariki festival, a first for College Street.  We are extremely proud of their dedication, commitment and hard work.

Tamariki - You should be very proud of yourselves. You have all set a wonderful example for the rest of our crew and wider school who may want to try out kapa haka. Indeed a fabulous inspiration for any group who band together to achieve a common goal.

The below whakatauki (proverb) seems appropriate.

Check out the photos and videos on the link at the top of our blog page!
or  Click here!

Of course we cannot forget the wonderful help and support from our parents and whanau who help make experiences like this possible for our tamariki.  Kia ora koutou.
